Terms & Conditions nova 88 — Platform Rights, Responsibilities, and Rules

• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident — nova 88 services are offered exclusively for the Malaysian market. Users from other countries should review their local regulations before using this platform.
• One account per individual — Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual will result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.
• Accurate and truthful information — All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Nova 88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• Not prohibited by law — You must not be prohibited from engaging in betting activities by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Your nova 88 account is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential at all times. nova 88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Do not share your account login details with anyone, including family members.

• Change your password regularly, at least once every three months.
• Log out of the platform when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to the nova 88 support team immediately.

Nova 88 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an added layer of security for all new logins. Members are encouraged to enable this feature for better account protection.

Nova 88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the member's own name. Deposits via another person's account or credit card are strictly prohibited.

Nova 88 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. All deposit transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

All withdrawal requests from a nova 88 account must meet the following conditions before they can be processed. Nova 88 is committed to processing valid withdrawals within the stated timeframe, subject to required verification procedures.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: MYR 50,000 per day for standard members; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Identity Verification required for the first withdrawal and for amounts exceeding RM 5,000.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) within 15–30 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 1–3 business hours. Nova 88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

Nova 88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made. It is the member's responsibility to understand these terms before accepting any bonus offer.

• Nova 88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, unsettled bets will be returned to the member's account balance.
• In-play (live betting) bets are subject to official results as announced by the relevant governing body.
• Nova 88 uses official data from accredited sports data providers to settle all bets.

• Technical failures, server disruptions, or internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Any betting or gaming decisions made based on inaccurate information from external sources.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallets.

Nova 88 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, though we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Nova 88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

This Terms and Conditions document is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
